I’m learning to play the piano and I needed a tool to train at home. Specially took the cheapest, as a good Yamaha in study. Perfect for beginners. I read reviews and do not understand what people want professional pianists buying this “toy” for such a penny and expecting something more from it? Declared midi functions do not work. For the appearance, a “general” device appears in the midi system, which does not send a single note. Was tested on both the sonar 8.5 sequencer and the piano manufacturer’s recommended “everyone piano” program. Does not work anywhere.
Bluetooth does not work, and exactly the same. The device “MIDI piano” is in search, but it is not even able to sneak into the phone (Android 12). There is an instant shutdown. Tried on different phones.
The native sounds of this balalaika are below the bottom. Except that children under 5 years old will be suitable to play, though it is not clear why children need an 88-key full-fledged keyboard. By the way, the keys themselves are very unpleasant and rough to the touch.
To summarize, we can say that the manufacturer is a deceiver and sells trash under the guise of a work thing. For those who want to use this Chinese remake as a MIDI keyboard-in no case buy!
Opened a dispute, if the seller does not accept-I will attract support, I will argue to the last. Let them learn to be responsible for deception.

I have ordered 88 keys digital piano and I’ve got Alto Saxophone instead. It was a Christmas and New year gift for my child and now it is all ruined.
Very bad customer support
Not giving any route of actions to get the items to be exchanged or money back.
No answers for very long time period. Some of the answers are simply link to your order or welcome to the store advert from seller. I just got panic laugh about it.
Yes this store has most of positive reviews, but bare in mind that if issue happens you wont solve it at all.
It looks like seller doesn’t know where she/he is in the world.
Well the good news are that AltoSaxophone is at least 3 times more expensive than the piano on the order. In our local stores it is up to 6 times more expensive. So I will take my time to sell it off. Thanks for such a give away.

I feel good because the delivery is faster than I thought. It arrived well with no problem at all.
The sound quality is not worse than I thought. The touch strength is good. However, there is a slight dent as the sound becomes smaller, but it is not a big problem. It may feel different for each user…
